We use Smoobu (smoobu.com) as our booking platform. Smoobu processes personal data on our behalf as a data processor. Smoobu is subject to a data processing agreement with us and may only process your data in accordance with our instructions.

6. Who has access to your personal data
Your personal data is only accessed by staff at Hornelen Panorama who need it to handle your booking or enquiry. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

- Smoobu – booking system
- Mediebruket AS – website hosting and technical operation of hornelenpanorama.no
All data processors are bound by data processing agreements and may only process personal data in accordance with our instructions.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- Booking information is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the stay and handle any follow-up matters, such as queries or complaints after your visit
- Accounting records are kept for five years in accordance with Norwegian accounting legislation
- General enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted when the matter has been resolved
