Every season at Lofnes offers something unique. Some guests prefer summer, others winter, spring, or autumn — there is no wrong time to come.
The area has very little artificial light, making autumn, winter, and spring ideal for stargazing and northern lights. These darker months are also perfect for true Scandinavian hygge indoors, with candlelight, blankets, and storm watching. At Lofnes, there is no such thing as bad weather — only powerful experiences.
Autumn is crab season, while winter, spring and summer offer excellent opportunities for shore fishing. Thanks to the mild coastal climate, snow comes and goes, allowing for mountain hikes on clear winter days. In summer, the possibilities for exploring sea, forest, mountains, and cultural heritage sites are endless.

Smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and clearly marked escape routes are installed according to regulations. Please familiarize yourself with these upon arrival.
